DEFINITIONS
- “EMAIL MARKETING” – Infoproduct dispatches comprise any situation or agreement in which Emprego em São Paulo sends one or more text messages to an electronic address regarding services.
- “USER” is any individual – 18 (eighteen) years or older, the sole holder and bearer of a valid email address registered on a platform – PROVIDER; that supports the email correspondence service (EMAIL) provided by the same on our “QUIZ.”
- “OPT-IN” refers to registering, signing up, requesting, agreeing, and consenting to receiving one or more electronic messages from our team.
- “EMPREGO EM SÃO PAULO” means the blog that manages the dispatch of EMAILS with Infoproduct content.
TERMS
By registering through our “QUIZ” and “ACTIVATING” our notification/message services – Infoproducts, by PROVIDING your email to the Emprego em São Paulo Blog, you (USER) agree to and accept the conditions of these terms:
We value the “unique” relationship with our USERS; therefore, these terms are conditioned to the USER’s waiver of participating in any COLLECTIVE ACTION. In case of disagreement by the USER in part or in whole with these terms, we will present ARBITRATION (Law No. 9,307 of 1996) as a solution preceding any judicial solution.
ENFORCEABILITY
By registering on our “QUIZ,” clicking “Opt-In,” you affirm that you agree to all the terms and conditions contained in this Email Marketing Usage Agreement, Privacy Policy, and General Terms and Conditions of Use. Additionally, you declare to be over 18 years old, the holder, subscriber, and sole owner of the email provided at the time of registration, authorizing the receipt of emails sent by the portal.
PROVIDERS
EMAIL dispatches, with Info-product content, are available to any provider that offers the service according to international security standards and in accordance with Brazilian legislation.
STOP RECEIVING MESSAGES
To ensure transparency in offering content with info-products through email dispatches, we provide – in the message body – the option to stop receiving future emails, with the following message: “We send free content to help you in your financial life. If you no longer want it, just click here.” However, if you return to the “QUIZ” and re-enter your email, you will “ACTIVATE” the receipt of new messages and agree to these terms.
TECHNOLOGIES THAT ENSURE DATA TREATMENT
Our focus is on your security; therefore, we use international and national parameters to ensure the protection of your information and personal data. These are “preventive” measures aimed at ensuring a level of security in compliance with the law. Additionally, we take the main measures in the information security sector, administration, and technologies; employee awareness – compliance, encryption, SSL, and DDoS. Promoting the protection of your personal data, managing an internal treatment cycle for secure and proper disposal.
DATA REGULATION
By agreeing to receive our email dispatch, you accept the conditions for the collection, treatment, and storage of your data – email address, regulated by the General Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law No. 13,709 of 2018). However, you can REVOKE your consent regarding data treatment and storage at any time by sending messages to the email address: (EMAIL).
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
The applicable law in this contract will be the one that applies and is in force in Brazil. In conflicts between the USER and the Info-product portal (Memivi Blog), the preference order will follow the Law No. 9,307 of 1996 – Arbitration, safeguarding the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code – Law No. 8,078 of 1990.
JURISDICTION
In case of refusal to compose Arbitration for conflict resolution with the USER, the jurisdiction to settle any judicial conflicts will be the city of Belo Horizonte – MG.
